Nicole Weil

Nicole Weil joined Kelso in 2023. She supports both Kelso’s Portfolio Operations and Human Capital teams to maximize their impact on portfolio company and firm success. Nicole spent the preceding two years at Veritas Capital in its Portfolio Optimization group. Prior to that, she worked as a management consultant in Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement group. 

Nicole earned an M.B.A from New York University's Stern School of Business and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
